Welcome to the 2009-10 school year. We are very excited about the new school year and invite you to join the High School/Middle School PTSA. The PTSA meetings are open to everyone. Last year the meetings covered many topics, which included: curriculum, extracurricular activities, Internet safety and communicating with your teenager. We will continue covering topics that concern today's parents using Middle and High school personnel, administrators as well as outside speakers. You will receive calendar updates from the school regarding the PTSA meetings and they are also on the TUFSD.org website. Hope to see you soon. November-December 2009 SleepyWear is back! Please click on this link to access the order form. October 2009 The first PTSA meeting will be held on October 5, at the Middle School/High School Library. Our topic will be communications, an important District initiative this year.
2008-09 Meetings May - The PTSA is asking for your support for our Laptop Scholarship Fund for deserving graduating seniors. Please letter for details. April Meeting - Our next meeting on April 20th will be a joint meeting with the EPTA to discuss the District's Green Initiative with Meghan Fitzgerald. The high school students from Students Promote Environmental Awareness and Responsibility (SPEAR) will also be presenting on the dangers of plastic bags. The meeting will be held at 7:30pm in the High School/Middle School Library. March Meeting - The March meeting will be held on March 23rd. Details to come. February Meeting - The February Middle School High School PTSA Meeting will be held on Monday, February 9th at 7:30pm in the MS/HS Library. The agenda includes principal updates from Beth Lopez and Carol Conklin and a presentation of the 2009-2010 proposed school budget by Dr. Howard Smith. Fundraising Continues!
