Elementary Teacher Leave Replacement Washington Irving School Effective:September 7, 2010 – June 30, 2011 Appropriate Certification Required

 

Special Education Teacher  Leave Replacement Sleepy Hollow Middle School  Effective:  September 7, 2010 – November 15, 2010 Appropriate Certification Required

 

Chairperson Committee on Special Education/ Preschool Special Education

    The successful candidate will possess:

·        experience as an active member of the Committee on Special Education and/or Preschool Special education

·        comprehensive knowledge of IDEA Legislation, Part 200 Regulations and Section 504 requirements

·        demonstrated capacity for collaborative decision making

·        outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

SAS or SDA certification required   Effective:  September 2010

 

Grant-Funded Program Coordinator (Part-Time/.5FTE)

            Responsibilities include:

·        preparation of competitive and entitlement grants

·        identification of new funding sources and opportunities

·        monitoring and preparation of final reports and oversight of program evaluations

·        administration of K-12 after-school program

·        after-school program development and evaluation

·        supervision of after-school staff

·        coordination of services with after-school staff and community agencies

School Monitor  John Paulding School  Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Rate: $14.65 per hour
