Grades K-6 English/Language Arts and Mathematics Curriculum Maps
Thank you for visiting the Grades K-6 English/Language Arts and Mathematics curriculum maps of the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns.  These maps are an outline of the District’s instructional program at the elementary level and detail the skills and concepts that are taught during each trimester of the school year.  First trimester reflects skills introduced during the months of September to November.  Second trimester reflects skills from December to February.  Third trimester will be available at then end of February.

The Tarrytown School District staff and administration are committed to maintaining an ongoing connection between school and home.  It is our hope that these maps will give you a closer look into your child’s education and help you in supporting your child’s learning.

Due to the nature of curriculum development, these maps will be periodically updated to reflect the changing needs of our students.  We encourage you to occasionally visit this site to view any revisions.

Grades 9-12 Curriculum Guide
The curriculum guide (see link below) describes what a student should know and be able to do at his or her grade level.  Each curriculum guide reflects the work that your child will complete over the course of the school year.  The guides are in PDF format and require the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If your computer does not have the Acrobat Reader, it is available as a free download at the Adobe website.
