Strategic Facilities Planning

Strategic Facilities Planning

The purpose of strategic facilities planning is to evaluate our existing educational infrastructure, to identify areas for improvement, and to develop a long-term roadmap that aligns with our vision for education. By working with members of our Facilities Committee and Facilities Advisory Committee, we developed a plan that aims to enhance the educational experience for our students, to foster a safe and inclusive environment, and to ensure that our facilities are equipped to support 21st-century learning. Many thanks to the members of these teams.

Click here for the Tax Impact Calculator.  This calculator provides taxpayers with an estimated monthly cost for the Capital Bond Project over a 4-year period.  These estimates reflect the marginal tax impact, specifically the average monthly amount above the current tax bill, attributable to the proposed bonds.

The calculator is embedded within a Google Sheet; you will be able to edit the two gray cells for your Taxable Assessed Value.  In the Sheet, please enter the Taxable Assessed Value from your school tax bill and the calculator will display the average monthly cost increase for your home.
