Budget Development Process

Developing the school budget is a thoughtful, collaborative process that reflects our ongoing commitment to strong educational programs and responsible stewardship of district resources.

Each year, the process begins in the summer and includes input from district administrators, program leaders, and staff across all schools and departments. Together, they carefully review programs, services, operations, and facilities to ensure our budget supports student learning and the needs of our community.

Community voice is an important part of this work. Feedback shared during Board of Education meetings, as well as through emails and conversations with district leadership, helps inform priorities and guide decision-making as we plan for the future of our schools.
