To be eligible to vote a person must be:
  • A citizen of the United States
  • 18 years of age or older by the date of the vote/election
  • a resident of the school district for at least 30 days immediately preceding the election

If you are a registered voter in Westchester County you are eligible to vote in the school district Budget Vote. Any eligible resident who is interested in registering to vote can do so between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through  Friday,  on  any  day  that school is in session, in the District Clerk’s office, at least five days before the vote. 

Applications for early mail and absentee ballots may be applied for at the Office of the District Clerk no earlier than thirty (30) days before the election.  Such application must be received by the District Clerk at least seven days before the election, if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter or his/her designated agent.  Upon receiving a timely application for a mailed early mail/absentee ballot, the District Clerk will mail the ballot to the address designated on the application by no later than six (6) days before the election.

Trustee Election Information

There are three BOE Trustee seats available:  (1) Two seats for a three-year term beginning on July 1, 2025 and ending on June 30, 2028 to succeed Ida Michael and Amanda Wallwin, the incumbents; and (2) one seat for a one year and one month term, beginning on May 20, 2025 and ending on June 30, 2026 to replace the unexpired term of Deborah Taylor, currently held by Alex Fletcher.
