Dr. Raymond Sanchez has proudly served as Superintendent of the Public Schools of the Tarrytowns since 2023. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on strengthening academic programs, expanding opportunities for students, and fostering a culture where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Under Dr. Sanchez's leadership, the district has advanced strategic investments in teaching and learning, expanded student wellness initiatives, strengthened school safety, and enhanced communication and engagement with families and the community. He has also helped guide significant capital improvement projects that will modernize district facilities while preserving the character and history of its schools.

A strong believer in collaboration, Dr. Sanchez works closely with students, staff, families, and community partners to ensure every decision is guided by what is best for children. His leadership reflects a commitment to educational excellence, equity, and preparing every student for success in college, careers, and life.
