What better way to welcome students to a new school year than with a book. Thursday, August 16th, Torrance Walley, the new principal at W.L. Morse, read The Kissing Hand to incoming first and second-graders. The story explains that it’s okay to feel nervous about a new situation and offers a message of hope to navigate difficult times. Thank you to Dual Language Instructor Rafael Bencosme for translating the story for all our students. If you missed this Read Aloud, stop by Tuesday, August 28th at 1PM and 6:30PM. Welcome Mr. Walley!
