Hybrid/Remote Learning Choice for September 2020

Dear TUFSD Families,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NYSED guidance recommends that parents/guardians have the option to select all remote learning if a student or family member is in a high risk-category, or if the parent/guardian is uncomfortable sending their student(s) to school for in-person instruction.

There are two learning options available. Those options are:

100% Remote Learning: Students will not attend in-person instruction at all and instead will be instructed remotely 100% of the time.

Hybrid Learning: Students will attend in-person instruction 2 days a week and remote instruction 3 days a week.

Please fill out the form to let us know the option you choose. Your response is due by Sunday, August 16th at midnight. Please fill out one form for each child.

We look forward to teaching your children in the Fall whether it is in a Remote Learning or Hybrid model. We hope you enjoy the rest of your summer and are staying safe and healthy.

Sincerely,
Christopher Borsari
Superintendent of Schools
