Art Honor Society Held a Successful Campbell Soup Can Drive for Youth Art Month

March was Youth Art Month and the Sleepy Hollow High School Art Honor Society decided to support the community in a unique way by collecting Campbell soup cans to donate to the newly established food pantry at the high school. The food drive theme is inspired by pop artist Andy Warhol who frequently painted images of Campbell's Soup cans. The Art Honor Society collected approximately two hundred cans and nonperishable items which will be distributed to SHHS families.

The Art Honor Society was established in 2013 to inspire and recognize students who have shown an outstanding ability and interest in art. Modeled after the National Art Honor Society the SHHS Art Honor Society encourages our members to attain the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service.
